Mary Anne broke the proverbial “glass ceiling” as P & G’s first female Plant Manager. As the Director of Product Supply Human Resources, Mary Anne created a manufacturing work process called Integrated Work Systems that provided technicians with the tools to operate and maintain their equipment. She was promoted to Vice President of Global Manufacturing and subsequently became the Vice President of Product Supplies for Asia, where she lived and worked for several years.
