This workshop can be delivered as a keynote address, 2-hour workshop, half-day or full-day event, and includes plenty of real life situations.
Workplace Diversity: How to Achieve it and What to Avoid. In this engaging workshop, Mary Anne shows you what it takes to develop a powerful and diverse team. She will walk you through the opportunities and pitfalls in developing cross-cultural and cross-gender teams that learn to respect and understand the acceptable corporate culture and ethnic cultures in America, Asia and Europe. The Workplace Diversity sessions are generally done in a 2-hour or half-day environment, but can be extended or shortened as needed.
Building Better Business Relationships: Best Practices. In this practical workshop, Mary Anne covers the key ingredients in developing lasting and effective relationships with your boss, senior management, your peers, colleagues and junior executives. Mary Anne broke the proverbial “glass ceiling” as P & G’s first female Plant Manager. She created a manufacturing work process called Integrated Work Systems that provided technicians with the tools to operate and maintain their equipment as the Director of Product Supply Human Resources.
